NACD Fellows Demonstrate Their Commitment to the Highest Level of Leadership in the Boardroom

Colorado Springs, Colo. (Jan. 7, 2019) – Ent Credit Union has announced that the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) recently recognized Debbie Chandler, Ent Board Member and CEO of Matthews Vu Medical Group, as an NACD Board Leadership Fellow. NACD Fellows, who earn NACD Fellowship—The Gold Standard Director Credential®— stand within the highest echelon of those committed to excellence in the boardroom.

As the highest standard of credentialing for directors and governance professionals, NACD Fellowship is a comprehensive and continuous program of study that empowers Fellows with the latest insights, intelligence, and leading boardroom practices—year after year.

“I am honored to join the distinguished and diverse group of individuals who make up the NACD Fellow community and who are committed to advancing the highest standards of boardroom excellence,” said Chandler. “The resources, insights and connections I’ve made through NACD Fellowship will be key assets to the companies I serve, as well as to my professional growth as a director.”

Chandler brings more than 28 years of experience in healthcare management and administration to her current position as CEO of Matthew’s Vu Medical Group, including previous roles as President and CEO of UCHealth Medical Group and CEO of Colorado Springs Health Partners, P.C., (CSHP). In addition to her accomplished career as a healthcare chief executive, Chandler is an active community champion in the Pikes Peak Region. Chandler is the incoming Chair of the Colorado Springs Health Foundation, Colorado Women’s Foundation trustee and a member of the boards of directors for both the Peak Vista Foundation and Ent Credit Union.
