Meridian Trust FCU to Merge with Panhandle Co-Op FCU

Cheyenne, WY – Meridian Trust Federal Credit Union has been approved to merge with Panhandle Co-Op Federal Credit Union based in Scottsbluff, NE. The merger takes effect as of April 1st.  The result is the creation of the largest financial co-operative in the Nebraska Panhandle region.

“Through working with Panhandle Co-op Federal Credit Union and their board of directors over the course of several months, we realized that Meridian Trust and Panhandle Co-op had aligning interest in serving the membership and providing a wide array of products and programs,” said Kim Withers, Meridian Trust CEO.  “We’re excited about the opportunity and future potential.”
