Arvada, CO – Sooper Credit Union in Arvada, Colorado was recently honored with a Diamond Award, which recognizes outstanding marketing and business development achievements in the credit union industry.
The award was presented by the Credit Union National Association (CUNA) Marketing & Business Development Council, a national network comprised of over 1,200 credit union marketing and business development professionals. Awards are given in each of 30 categories ranging from advertising to community events and beyond.
Sooper won in the outdoor promotion category for its entry, entitled “Jeffco is Sooper.” The entry consisted of a series of bus stop ads placed within 2-3 miles of the credit union’s new Lakewood location. The ads were designed and strategically placed to attract new members who could now qualify for membership through Sooper’s expanded field of membership in Jefferson County, Colorado.
