Cheyenne, WY — Meridian Trust Vice President of Operations, Gena Carroll, was recently selected for the Mountain West Credit Union Foundation Executive Leadership Program.
The Executive Leadership Program was created for the future leaders of the credit union industry and provides over $20,000 of full funding for the five year curriculum of credit union leadership development. The Foundation selects one Executive Scholar from Arizona, Colorado and Wyoming. The program is divided into four areas of focus (Quadrants). Executive Scholars receive immersive instruction in organization leadership, credit union philosophy, and credit union operations with additional mentoring and coaching from the current credit union industry’s top leaders. Gena will begin her first Quadrant on September 9, 2015.
The Mountain West Credit Union Association is the regional trade association representing 125 member credit unions, over 3 million credit union members and $34 billion in assets throughout Arizona, Colorado and Wyoming.
