EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP PROGRAM: A program that bundles four exceptional professional development opportunities into a complete five-year curriculum built to develop future CEOs specifically for the credit union industry. The four programs are: Leadership Institute, Credit Union Development Education (DE) Training*, Western CUNA Management School*, and Mentoring and Coaching.
Only three recipients selected per year to enter this full-tuition scholarship program, so there’s no out of pocket cost for the scholars.

THE CENTER FOR CREDIT UNION LEADERSHIP’S MENTOR PROGRAM: Connecting emerging credit union leaders with mentors. The program helps new leaders assess and develop their leadership philosophy through face-to-face meetings and a structured Leadership Development Plan with a mentor who is an experienced leader wanting to help the credit union movement by building up young credit union professionals and giving back to the credit union community.
