Julie Hoopes and Mindy Dodge Receive HOPE Award Community & Member Service Award Nominations

Every year the Mountain West Credit Union Association solicits nominees for the HOPE Award. This award is presented to credit union staff that are “Caught in the Act’ of demonstrating quality member service. The award, which stands for “Helping Our People Everyday,” is given annually to credit union industry professionals who are nominated by peers for practicing the credit union philosophy and demonstrating exceptional member service.

Julie Hoopes and Mindy Dodge of Trona Valley Federal Credit Union (Green River, WY) were nominated for the award. Both received a certificate of recognition. Julie Hoopes was selected as this year’s winner and will be formally recognized at an awards dinner at the Mountain West Credit Union Association Annual Meeting & Convention in 2016 in Colorado Springs, CO.

All nominations from Wyoming are reviewed and judged by the MWCUA Wyoming Board members to select a winner for the state. Starting in 2015 the winners from each of the Mountain West Chapters or states are judged by the Chapter Liaison Committee and one overall winner will be selected.
