Ent Breaks Ground for New Service Center Near Outlets at Castle Rock

Ent’s Senior Management and Board celebrated breaking ground on their 29th Service Center with members of the Castle Rock EDC, Chamber and City Council to include Mayor Jennifer Green and James Townsend.

Castle Rock, Colo. (July 18, 2017) – Ent Credit Union celebrated the groundbreaking, Thursday, July 13 at 1:30 pm on what will become their second service center location in Castle Rock at 5944 Promenade Parkway, adjacent to the Outlets at Castle Rock. The new Promenade Service Center will be Ent’s 29th location.

The approximately 5,000 square foot new facility will incorporate state-of the-art technology to provide members with added convenience, including: self-service safe boxes, the ability to instantly issue debit cards, teller pods with teller cash recyclers to facilitate faster cash dispensing to members and Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs) in the center’s outside drive up lanes.

ITMs provide members with the option to have a live video chat with a teller or to use the machine as a 24/7 ATM. Using the chat feature, members can ask questions, make deposits, cash checks and perform more complicated transactions – all from the convenience of their car. Ent video tellers are available to assist members from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday and from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturdays. The first of their kind in Douglas County, Ent has also proposed adding a free-standing ITM adjacent to their existing Wilcox Service Center in Castle Rock, which is being considered by the town’s design review board.

“We are pleased to be starting construction on what we anticipate will become Ent’s flagship location in the Castle Rock community,” said Matt Gendron, Ent’s executive vice president of operations. “The service center’s size and location, with convenient access from popular Castle Rock shopping destinations, will allow members to get in and out quickly while experiencing the same outstanding member service they’ve come to know and expect at all of our service centers.”
