Denver, CO – Sooper Credit Union in Arvada, Colorado and Denver Community Credit Union in Denver, Colorado have entered into an intent-to-merge agreement. Both credit unions combined will operate out of 9 Colorado locations, with over $620 million in assets. The merger is expected to be completed by the third quarter of 2017.
